These are sweet pics.
Just a couple comments on that swim picture. Ace, it looks like your head is a little high, could be causing some drag. Cronz, your knees are too close together, try to keep it loose. Jack, try keeping your hand cupped for better pull. I know it's not much for feedback, but it's all I could get from that picture.
