Day 1
I know you are all dying to know what my first day of training was comprised of. Basically, go run stairs for 80 minutes and you will do the same workout. It was fun though, running around DT St Paul at night. Met Gilb's brother in law, nice guy. I was floored by the number of people there that ran the marathon on Sunday and were up for a stair workout on Tuesday, nuts.

Well, it was literally easy run down to the green tower down by district del sol, up and down the stairs for 35 minutes, up the wabasha bridge, to some stairs that go down the river for a half an hour, then run for a while, and then a quick core session. Got a program, but until the first of the year it is basically strength and endurance. This program is not specialized too much at this point as it is the offseason, but it looked like everyones was a little different depending on goals. Some weight lifting is required. Overall, fun.
cool Jaq. Do you think you'll stick with P2 after going to one of the sessions, meeting the people, and seeing what is in store for the upcoming future?
I think I will definitely stick with it for the fall session, see how it goes, and decide on Jan 1 what I am going to do. I am glad I have some structure right now, because I don't think I would have got off the couch on Tuesday if I didn't.
Funny you say that, because I didn't get off the couch on Tuesday. Anyway, I'm totally jealous of your program, it's going to kick ass.
