I have no idea, but based on 1:18 for a time, I am guessing 8.5? I know that the Ford/Franklin bridge loop is between 8.5 and 9, and we were a little less than that.
Man, it had been a while since I ran on back to back days, my legs felt like crap, but I guess thats good, right?
Yeah, me and Jack and Cronz met at Chris' house at 6:00 a.m. on Sun. morning and ran down to the river and did a little river loop, came back up Summit and cut back over to his house. A tad early and a bit chilly, otherwise it was a real good run.
