
OK team, since I can't do my thing right now, I need to live vicariously through you guys. Let's hear an update on what people are doing - i.e. what types of workouts are you doing - distances, times, etc, and how are they feeling? Would love to hear where you guys are at. Are people still using coaches? Any new equipment to speak of? Slim, did you get a new bike? Love the lyrics and Rick Astley. They keep me entertained, but I'm just jonesing to hear what you guys are doing, and how it feels, and equipment updates.

I'd love to fill you in on all my training but the combination of back-to-back travel weeks for Heather (putting me on single parent patrol) and not having a bike hasn't really amounted to a productive April.
P.S. - Why, as Minnesotans, did we get into triathlon? We live in a state where the swimming is nice for like 5 weeks of the year, the biking is decent for like 14 weeks and you can't even run year-round.
