I have half a jug of SE left, then I will switch to Perpetuam. My hammer order in March will be big.
After talking to Slim tonight, I think I am going to come up with my own recovery drink. It will be chocolate milk with a scoop of whey protein. Thoughts?
Not on the juice yet but need to. Crashed and burned last week (thus John's email) and know it was nutrition related. Have been working blocks but now need more.
I tried chocolate milk for a couple of week (w/o protein) and didnt feel as good as I do after Recoverite. I felt the best using Endurox so may do that but like the Hammer guys.
Don't know if I crashed and burned but sure didn't have anything left after my last bike and run. Felt run down and a bit sick. Personally I don't like taking hammer/gu/etc well training but might have to reconsider?
I swear by the gu. Tend to overgu sometimes as you all know. I was getting into the recoverite, and liked how that made me feel after big workouts. I like blocks too. For some reason, hammer gels don't work as well as gu for me. I think it is the glucose levels maybe. Oh well.

Why do you not like taking during training? Just like to wing it on game day and see what happens?
