From what I can tell you ride up a hill or bridge ride down and "repeat".

That's what I thought but I wasn't sure you could ride outside right now. It's 9 degrees here, no outside riding for this guy.

Training is going well, did my biggest brick so far on Sat. morning, two hours on the bike followed by an hour run.

How's it going for everyone else?

Have lost about 20lbs. Down to 175-180 range. Pretty much what I plan to race at weightwise. Only 8 more weeks to go non-weight bearing!!

How did the repeat go ACE? Were you able to get er done, or did you run into weather?

Good job on the brick slim, that's awesome.
