2. Notice this tidbit from T's email last week about nutrition.
Immediate Post-Race
* Remove all heat stress as soon as possible.
* Continue moving around for 5-10 minutes after crossing the finish line.
* Begin drinking fluids, especially those with sodium, carbohydrate, and
protein.
* Eat any foods that appeal to you but avoid fiber and spicy foods.
* Eat and drink as much as you feel like taking in.
* Do not drink water only as this may exacerbate hyponatremia.
Damn, I was really looking forward to that Chorizo burrito and plate of buffalo wings as I sat in the medical tent with IV's sticking out of my arms.
