I can't tell you how excited I am that we are doing this. Even more so that we are all doing it together. This will most likely be the crowning achievement in my athletic career. It will be great to share this experience with all of you. The road to IMWI starts now.
I know you all just got done with Timberman, but I'm pretty much starting all over right now. I ran about 4 miles on Tuesday, and 3 today, and it feels like someone hit me in the thighs with a sledge. Work it out. Work it out. I weigh 192 today. This will be fun to look back on when I am a well oiled ironman machine.
This is gonna be sweet.

Preach it, Gilbs. I hear ya, we got a little work to do to catch up to Team Timberman. We're kind of the JV guys, puttin' in extra early work so we can make the team next year.
