too funny jack- any word on how gilbert did on his get in gear run this morning?
1:55. not super fast, but I wanted to get in under 2:00, so I was about 5 min faster than goal. Nice to be on that side of it. Felt good. Triple bricked it. 2000 / 30 / 13.1.
