1. Impressive.
2. Although I understand what the guy is saying, I don't necessarily agree. When times are tough, the overriding factor is cost. Compare Walmart's results to Target over the past year. Target has value added throughout the store, and up until 2008, was kicking the crap out of Walmart. Times get tough, Walmart wins on cost, and wins consumers. I don't like Walmart, but the parking lot is full 7 days a week. Another stock that is doing well right now? Family Dollar.
