Weekend Workouts

I'm curious about where people are with training and since I haven't started a formal plan yet I'm wondering if I'm doing enough. My weekend was:

Friday: Swim 25 laps
Saturday: Bike 90 mins (10 min. warm-up, 70 min. in biggest gear, 10 min. cooldown)
Sunday: 3.5 mile run

Keep in mind that mine is the P2 plan, which really works on breaking the year down into 4 periods (periodization). Each period keeps building up, and then starting over. This period it goes up to 3 hours each day on weekends.

Fri- Swim 30 min (usually 25-35 laps), lifted 30 min.
Sat- 2 hour easy bike
Sunday- 60 min bike, 60 minute run

Fri-got to club at 515AM to find goggles broken. Pouted 15 min.
Sat-bike 75 min. 2X10 min in big gear, low RPM.
Sun-ran 10 miles, swam 1500 yards.

Swam 30 min today (1600). Raked leaves on sunday 120 min @125bpm. Didn't do shit last week becuase of my hip and shoulder. Week before that, 2 core strength workouts and 1 swim (34 min - 2000). Week before that, one spin class (60min), 2 easy runs (5mi each), and 1 swim (32 min - 1800).

I dont think I can offer a ton of advice to you guys. I think its awesome you guys are doing this, a little crazy as well.

The best advice I ever received and hopefully you can use it...

"Always wait at least 30 minutes after eating to perform your workouts, dont want you to get any unnecessary cramps" Good Luck
